“Suffolk Skies”
Dawn Reader Solo Exhibition


Next spring, Art & Horse Racing Gallery will present ‘Suffolk Skies’, a solo exhibition of new oil paintings by landscape artist Dawn Reader.
Inspired by the county’s vast horizons, from the chalk uplands of Newmarket to the shifting edges of the Suffolk coast, Dawn captures the drama and stillness of light across land and sea. Her softened forms and muted palette transform landscape into atmosphere, inviting viewers into moments of serenity, depth and timeless beauty.
In Suffolk Skies, light itself becomes the subject, fleeting, unrepeatable and profoundly moving.

Saint Wendred’s was built in 1990 by legendary trainer Bill O’Gorman and was the main yard of his Seven Springs Stables.


Ilka

A 2009 graduate of the vetschool of Hannover, married Stéphane (a french native) in Saratoga Springs NY. Like many couples in racing, they work alongside each other 7 days a week, 365 days a year (living the dream!) .
