An artist and author living and creating in the picturesque countryside of Wicklow, Ireland, with a passion for storytelling both on the canvas and on the page, Kayla’s work captures the beauty and spirit of the everyday, continuing to bridge the worlds of fine art and fantasy.


As an artist, Kayla specializes in expressive oil paintings, manipulating the medium to bring out its full vibrancy and emotion. Her work has been exhibited in prestigious institutions such as The Royal Society of Oil Painters (ROI), The Royal Society of Marine Artists (RSMA), The Royal Hibernian Academy (RHA), and The Society of Women Artists (SWA), among others.


Kayla has received numerous accolades, including the RSMA New Generation award (2023), the ROI Themed Painting Prize (2022), and The Artist Editor’s Choice award from the SWA (2022). Her work has been featured in prominent publications like the International Artist Magazine (Feb 2025) and Artists & Illustrators (2022)
