Exotic tulips are combined with Columbine thought to suggest the shape of a dove, the symbol for the Holy Spirit. The first rose of our season is the delicate Dunwich Rose. It is thought to be named after the Viscount Dunwich. A photograph of contrasts which speaks of Spring in her fading glory and Summer just arriving.
